| Over the last few years I've become a huge fan of yoga and The Egoscue Method as means of improving range of motion, flexibility and physical structure. The more that I study the more I realize that almost all injury (with the exception of freak things like car accidents) is a result of some form of weakness, tension, stiffness, deterioration in the body. On that note I'm wondering if there are any websites/message boards that focus on these types of things. Egoscue used to have a discussion forum but it looks like it's offline. For instance, I was going to make a post there today regarding some stiffness that I'm having in my medial hamstrings. This is probably too specific of a question for this site (
