Default my smoothie recipes

Thought I'd post here in case anyone is interested. Also, would love to get any thoughts as to how I can make these more "optimal".

Morning smoothie

frozen Berries (raspberries + blueberries)
frozen Acai (no sugar added)
one stalk of red kale
one stalk of green kale
one stalk of rainbow chard
a handful of parsley
a handful of spinach
a bit of flax seed oil
a bit of hemp seed oil
a couple of scoops of hemp protein powder
a bit of raw agave nectar
a teaspoon of maca powder
half a teaspoon of l-arginine powder
a couple of teaspoons of aloe vera juice
a scoop of green powder
a teaspoon of coconut oil
water

Evening smoothie

Banana
Frozen pineapple
raw chocolate powder
a bit of flax seed oil
a bit of hemp seed oil
a couple of scoops of rice protein powder
a teaspoon of maca powder
half a teaspoon of l-arginine powder
a couple of teaspoons of aloe vera juice
a tablespoon of flax seed meal/oat bran
almond milk (no sugar added)

man-i don't know how u could make these any better.they are power houses of good nutrition.good for u.are u a raw foodist? me too! thanks for sharing.taylor2

Not a raw foodist but definitely trending in that direction. When you can drink smoothies this good it kinda makes you lose the urge for cooked food.
