Default Aloe vera

Wanted to know what people thought of the benefits of aloe vera in the diet? Any difference between aloe vera gel, juice and capsules?

Default

Ive used it as a topical before for my skin. Works well. I used to for acne scars/cuts etc. Ive also tried the aloe vera juice drink. Not sure whether it was a mere placibo or not but im sure my redmarks healed faster til i had another break out :S. But anyhow it is good for the stomuch!! i beleive it helps maintain the structure of your intestinal lining. Apparently good for leaky gut..

Default Anti-age serum with aloe

I love aloe and have been using it on my skin and occasionally internally, with success, I usually stopped taking it internally because of the cost of good quality aloe juice, but this thread my induce me to buy some today.

I use a great anti-age serum with 1 drop of vitamin E oil ( highest UI you can find/afford) mixed in a dollop of the best quality aloe gel you can find ( 99per cent aloe). Believe me, I have bought many skin serums and high priced creams, and they did not smooth out my skin like this little trick. It is not a miracle cure but it does help to keep healthy, nice looking skin.
