| Wanted to know what people thought of the benefits of psyllium in the diet? Is it just to increase fiber consumption or are there other benefits of psyllium? How about powder vs. hulls?

| It makes one more regular. I also take this. I like to say it does aid in removing the crap lol. Ya know. Get it out of the system. I take the husks, i add them to a small drink and they start to expand as they absorb the moisture. Namely inside.. Generally speaking i'd say it never hurts to take a bit of psyllium ocassionaily |
