| Hello A couple of weeks ago, I found a youtube video which talks about this schedule called "The new, Improved polyphasic schedule", but somewhere in the video the persom calls it the triphasic schedule. It involves sleeping 3 times in a 24 hr period. 1 90 min nap in the afternoon (The "Refresher nap"), 1 20 min nap in the evening (The "Quick nap") and a 180 min nap late night (Core sleep). Now, I am wondering if this would work and if it is healthy? It sort of sounds legit to me, but I am quite skeptical about this. Oh btw, here's a link to the Youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17TSYbxLYjQ |

| I am pretty sure that works out. I was surprised how much less sleep I need since I started to nap in the evening (90 minutes). In my opinion the trick is to get used to a certain time of the day to nap. So you get tired at this specific time and fall asleep quickly. This may be especially important for shorter naps. |
