morphe is on a distinguished road
Default Recommend me a diet of fruit and veg

Hi all,

I need to lose weight, i am currently 17 1/2 stone, too heavy, i don't like it, i want to get to 14 1/2 - 15 stone, this is my happy weight, i am 6ft with a large scelatol? frame.

I have been 12 stone before which is recommenced for my height but in all honesty i was to thin.

I want to eat fruit/veg/seeds, but i want to do it properly and to make sure i am eating the correct types of foods, i work full time so need some food for energy.

i do like a cuppa of tea and coffee now and then which i still plan to have.

i want this to work so i need to do it properly, looking at onsuming approx 1500-1700 calories a day, i do physical work.

Forget about calories.

I think the very best teacher for you, given your specific situation, is Angela Stokes. She is a raw food weight loss expert. She lost an incredible amount of weight on a raw diet containing exactly those foods that you want to eat. Plus, she was obese when she started, so she knows about the specific challenges and needs of overweight people, which is not the case with most of the others. She will teach you how to do that properly!

She offers individual coaching, books and eBooks, and a 30 days raw food weight loss program. Have a look and see by yourself: www.rawreform.com. (Tip: when you download her free weight loss report, you get % on the eBooks - at least that was the case when I did it)

Love.

Eat whatever fruit, veg, seeds, nuts, seaweed and fungus (mushrooms) that you want. Cut way back on salt since it is fattening. Do not eat processed food like wheat products and all sorts of stuff. Eat the fruit first. See this site for everything there is to know to lose weight. How do you lose 15 pounds in an hour. See this site on Losing Weight.
