Anyone follow this plan? Warrior Diet health peak fitness nutrition exercise strength training physical conditioning supplements. Home Page. Me and my chick follow it mostly. Having to eat more than once or twice a day is such a drag. Gotta be careful not to eat too close to bedtime (allowing four hours or more is ideal for me), but that's pretty much the only drawback. Anyone else? Last edited by Narz; 02-15-2007 at 03:16 AM. |

I followed the Warrior Diet years ago with pretty good success. i just lost too much muscle. Its nto a bad plan but I have a better "diet" that I follow with superior results in lean tissue, energy levels and bodyfat loss. Mark Baldwin |

Narz, I have been on that diet for about 5 years now. I love it my bodyfat has dropped significantly. I have good energy and rarely get sick now, where when I was younger I had a constant sinus infection throughout the winter. I don't follow it near as close as the book describes and still get good results. |
