| I remember reading one of Steve's articles about using blogging as a form of motivation a while back and so it's been working for me. I started a blog to chronicle my own weight loss journey and while it's too early to call my weight loss a success, it has been effective at getting me to make the right choices. Funny thing is, I have had very few viewers (if any) but it doesn't matter. It seems like I know that I'm going to be telling the world about my progress so it's all the more reason to skip that piece of cake or resist that midnight snack. Another thing that helps tremendously is charting my progress daily. I use a simple Google Spreadsheet. A copy of which can be viewed here Its not the most current version since that one is private but you'll see my layout at least. Good Luck to All, |
