Default Is weight a good indicator of health?

Do you think that being overweight or underweight means you're unhealthy in some way?

And do you think that being relatively average weight means that you're relatively healthy?

No, at least not by normal standards. Many people don't factor in your frame; wide-framed people will be heavier. Some people have more muscle, but would be fat by government standards. You could be one of those "skinny fat" people, They're often avid runners, but are losing muscle, and retaining fat.
