Sometimes after I've brushed my teeth, I use mouth wash to rinse out my mouth. But then I wonder whether there is any point using toothpaste, because surely the mouthwash washes away the active ingredients in the toothpaste. So should I wait after brushing to use the mouthwash? |

some mouth washes are made to be used before brushing. i think toothpaste is needed more than mouthwash. i would also check the alcohol content in the rinse...high% has been thought to i believe contribute to oral cancer. |
