Default Everyman sleep schedule

For those of you who want to gain more waking time, but feel unable to commit to polyphasic using only 20 minute naps, and who want something different from biphasic, take a look at this.
http://ubermanschedule.com/ is a forum dedicated to polyphasic sleep. But there's also a section on that forum dedicated to the easier to follow Everyman sleep schedule.

Everyman is

Seems like I would have more waking hours than with biphasic but wouldn't experience the horror of transitioning to polyphasic. I haven't tried it yet, but am going to transition into it soon. I'm not keeping a sleep log.
