Always have tons of raw food around-in your home, office, wherever you go. Keep pre-made food in the fridge, extra food in the freezer, portable food with you, plenty of easy foods for when you don't feel like making anything. If you can eliminate temptations (in your home or elsewhere), that helps too. Raw substitutes for what you're craving is also important. Make sure you're eating enough food and often and filling & satisfying meals. This is usually something you need to do at the beginning until you get use to eating raw and then you cut back. |
