Or anything else for that matter, or do you know somebody that is? I've written a 5,000 word post detailing ways to do it using some of the obvious stuff and also some less obvious NLP. Although it's predominantly focused on smoking the methods can be adapted to things such as losing weight, giving up drinking etc. Thought I'd share it with you good people. How To Quit Smoking |

Yes I am trying to quit it and This is my 7th Day and I am successful for 7 days .. I will quit only for around 20 days and then i might smoke. I know my majot obstacle will be when i will have really stressed moment or when i will be bored or when i will be concerned and when i will be distrubed and when i will be alone and helpless at that time i have risk that i might start it again so i am searching for tool to handle that particular lower consciousness moments.. if i conquer it then i will WIN and my self-Trust will be high Quote:

I have seen your Article. Its great Your Great Reason For Quitting Are really fentastic I have added more for me: Increase Self-Trust Inspire Others Demonstrate Family that I love them My Kids will be proud of me .. My Health is my higest priority and i walk my talk I am proving myself. and once I commit i am unstoppable. and most important is its very very essential step for me to live true to my purpose and to contribute and inspire evolution of life itself. Specially all three excercise of NLP will help me . Next time you really want a cigarette and as you read your list, repeat the process of firing the anchor and see if you still want one as you think of the above scene. with it this quote is also useful for me .. 20 years from now i will be more disappointed by things i didnt do then the things i did. ( This NLP are may be mainly associating pleasure and pain) and this one “Not bad for a senior citizen eh? Maybe we can do this again when I’m 75 and you can give me a run for my money” and one on the beach Will try and post my results with quit smoking .. |

Two tools are good for quit smoking 1. knowing your Life Purpose 2. Eating salad daily. See This are some of thr things you can do .. Simple tools to Succeed Also 1. You have to make it MUST (write down strong reasons why you need to quit and accept it emotionally.) Decide and write why you want to quit. I suggest link Non-smoking with your Life Purpose. and visualize the increase in your Energy so you can put in working towords your life purpose, SelfTrust so you have trust in yourself to achive more meaningful, Decipline, selfConfidence, appreciation from your loved ones - it feels good, You can contribute more to life. 2. Associaate Potential Pain and Visualize Pleasure you experience being Non-Smoker (use NLP here .. describe by Tim Brownson above ) 3. Hate Smokers, This looks strange but it works for me. 4. Most important is start eating salad. so you will be more aware how smoking drain your energy and stemina |

See, Above mentioned tools are based on below mentioned Principle. 1. Knowing and Accepting Truth completly. (TRUTH) - salad helps 2. disconnect with smoking by using more empoweing substitute and connect with it (LOVE) - life Purpose helps 3. Executing the above mentioned strategy and make it temporory (POWER) - 20 day trial (appox 2-3 weeks). Quote:

It's not easy, but it can be done. I quit years ago by cold turkey. What it boils down to is mind over matter and changing your focus on the addiction. It's all mind strenght, will and determination to change. |
