Default Everyman 2-Nap Sleep Schedule

I have seen quite a bit posted here about biphasic and polyphasic sleeping, but not a lot about the Everyman 2-Nap Schedule. I have decided to give it a try, and will be blogging about my experience at My Path to Sleeping Less and Doing More

I will probably also post occasional updates here if I experience anything noteworthy.

I am officially starting the new schedule today. My schedule will be a core sleep from 1:30 AM until 6:00 AM, then two 20 minute naps at 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM. I had considered waiting until after the time adjusts back from Daylight Saving Time, but decided to go ahead and get started. I pushed my times ahead one hour so that when the time adjusts I can be on the schedule I want without being impacted by the hour change. At that point my schedule will be a core sleep from 12:30 AM until 5:00 AM then naps at 11:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

I am hoping to increase my productivity with this new schedule as well as improve the quality of my sleep.
