what a great thread! I actually do count calories because caloriecount.about.com makes it easy. I find that doing this, i MUST eat healthier because I'd run out of calories before the day is done. And it absolutely works to keep my weight down. THAT makes me feel better. Even an extra 10 lbs wears me down, im sluggish and i cant breath. Maintaining my weight feels normal again. I hope there are many more responses!!!! Trisha |
