Taking arginine as a supplement along with some other things. Been conditioning my body in different ways. Mostly just experimenting a little with the science and getting really into it. Mostly trying to figure out what, if any, limits there are to the/my body. Anyways, here is a brief outline to some benefits of taking arinine, an amino acid, as a supplement: Precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) Stimulation of the release of growth hormone. Improves immune function Reduces healing time of injuries (particularly bone) Quickens repair time of damaged tissue Reduces risk of heart disease Increases muscle mass Reduces adipose tissue body fat Helps improve insulin sensitivity Helps decrease blood pressure Alleviates male infertility, improving sperm production and motility Increases blood circulation throughout the body, including the sex organs Improves reproductive ability In short, I've only been taking a few days now, but already am noticing some pretty cool effects So, was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or comments or might be able to clue me in to some other things/supplements of similar value? thnx in advance |
