Default Has anyone used "my zeo" for sleep tracking?

I tried searching on here but the name is too short, so I thought I'd ask: for anyone playing with various sleep habits, have you used the zeo to track effects? Did you gain any benefits from using it? It would have been interesting if it had been out when Steve was going through his polyphasic period.

Sleep is supposed to be a simple thing. When you are tired, you need to sleep. Although if you are a borg then a subspace signal tells you when to sleep.
