I think we need more details. You seem small, but not out of proportion from your stats. I did not weigh much more than you in high school and I was taller. I turned out OK.

Try eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and get some exercise each day. If you have real health concerns see your doctor.

Why are you thinking you are unhealthy? Certainly there's more to health than height and weight.

What is your diet like?
How much sleep do you get nightly? is it enough?
Are you getting enough sun?
Are you constantly getting sick?
Do you exercise? How often and for how long?
How are you at handling your emotions?
Do you feel over/underweight?
Do you feel over/under muscled?
Is your life going in a direction you're comfortable with?
Do you take medications?
How much water are you drinking daily?

There are many components to health. By answering some of these questions you help other forum members get a clearer picture of your current state of health. This makes it easier for us to give you advice
