hey moltar,

seeing as you've taken pictures of yourself, perhaps you should go in for the $250 testimonial for the diet? I'm sure they'd be more than happy to take you on!
Perhaps you know.
Do you know how many grams of protein per 100g make it a 'protein' meal?
Yeah, I was at my wits end. I had totally hit a plateau and I was eating pretty clean and going to the gym 2hours a day, 5-6 days a week on average. On this diet I totally see the problem. I was eating WAAY too much. I do weights (body pump) 2-3 times a week and cardio the rest so hopefully I should see difference soon.

One of my friends was curious so I lent her the book. She got about 20 pages into and she gave it back to me, saying it was too confusing. She has a point, the book is pretty unstructured. Still, I think this diet is only for a certain type of person to be honest. I don't think it will ever really 'take off' in a sense. Not that that is concern to me at all.

thanks for being so helpful. I appreciate it.

Have you tried that quinoa that he keeps on talking about? And if so, do you know what to do with it?

Yes, but then they'll use those pictures for promotional material. I don't feel good about having my pictures in my underwear posted or printed somewhere

The majority. So 51 grams. Again, I don't know if one should kill (him|her)self and make sure that every meal is proper to the dot. I'd say do your best. If you can't have a protein meal, find the next best thing. But I like my protein shakes, so I had no problem with this.

But make sure you sitll don't undereat too much. You should have about 300-500 calorie defficiency a day.

Nope, I haven't tried it. But I tried Stevia (sugar replacement) and it's awesome! Haven't had any sugar since. It's a big expensive, but totally worth it. It tastes better than sugar, but leaves some not pleasent aftertaste sometimes.

Hey Moltar,
It's like day 5 and I'm still going strong. Actually, I've lost a kilo or two already. Perhaps it's just water weight, but still!
It's actually not as hard as I thought it would be. I've pre-portioned all my stuff, have all the nuts and seeds and legumes in little ziploc bags or cups.
I have to say, the biggest thing I've noticed is the even keel of my blood sugar levels. I haven't gotten really hungry on this diet AT ALL. It's unbelievable. I also feel like I'm eating more than ever. Perhaps I'm still in the honeymoon stage, but it's pretty good.
The first few days I had little energy, but now levels have gone back to normal.

Unfortunately, (im from australia) we don't stock nutribiotic, so I'm going to have to find a different protein powder. I'm also going to take your advice and try some stevia

Shouldn't be, because you are supposed to drink a lot of water!

Perfect! This is exactly what I do too. I pre-portion everything I can. It's almost like "cooking", except without actually cooking

You can't buy it online? Or is it really expensive to ship? I by mine from a Canadian online store, which is near by my city. Whatever you buy, make sure you read the reviews online. Some products are real crap.
