| I don't have a bright light box but I do have some lamps which put out the same spectrum of light as sunlight. I find that these lights brighten my mood and that I feel more productive when it is dark and gloomy outside.

I have an alarm clock that gradually increases the light intensity until the time you have chosen to wake up. It's one of the best things I ever bought. I very rarely have to wait until the alarm goes off, and I'm never groggy anymore, since it seems to ease me out of my sleep cycle, instead of being wrenched out by a noise. It cost me about £80 from Amazon and I highly recommend them to anyone. |
