Default Feel sickness while get hungry

I have noticed from long time that whenever i am hungry i can not resist it. my head starts getting ace, i feel serious sickness, my body starts trembling. I asked my friends too, but they are not experiencing the same. Once i eat enough food then it comes to normal position. I have high BP too, its 140/100.

Hi,

I have a low BP but I have the same when I am hungry.

First, I get in a very bad mood...

Second I get to be very nausious, trembling and I cannot think logically anymore.

If there is no food available I can usually drink some water. Half a liter or more will stop it for a few minutes (20 or 30 minutes). Some soda with sugar (coca cola, sprite, fanta etc) also works.

To avoid all this I usually eat several smaller meals a day and if I have to go somewhere all day I make sure I have some cookies in my purse.

What you describe sounds like the symptoms of blood sugar levels that are out of the normal range. When my blood sugar is very low I experience some of the symptoms you report having.

Many call this hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). But it is a natural healthy thing that happens when you go too long without eating. I had it but cured it. I cured it by not eating for days. It is called fasting. These are actually cleansing symptoms like if you stop smoking or stop taking heroin.

Look at this page on fasting. Then search the page (press and hold control while pressing the "F" key) for "hypoglycemia." It gives an actual story about this and how to tell if this is actually the case or if it is something else like a brain tumor, ebola, hyper-gamma globulin anemia or Munchhausen syndrome by proxy.

I donīt know about any of the other things that you are saying, but this is for sure not it...

Munchhousen by proxy is making other people (usually your children) ill to get some attention.
It is an illness, but a mental illness, not a physical illness.

Please consider the sourse of things. If it is a website that states that this an option for these symptons... I would not trust the rest of that website either without additional research.

Few days back when i returned from office at home felt very weakness. i was feeling that i was too waek to walk. My upper back neck very near to head was also paining along with sweating. I called up my friend and rushed to hospital. Doctor checked the BP and it was 140/110 and has given some restriction on food.
I never had any type of bad addiction habit, except drinking tea 3-4 cups in a day and smoking 3-4 cigerettes. presently i am taking special care of my health and feeling better. Not taking non-veg, oily and junk foods, sodium riched diet too much.
