I've seen conflicting points of view on this. Some say 100% whole wheat bread is a whole grain product, some say it's not. Who can enlighten me? What are whole grain products? |

| I believe 100 percent whole wheat bread is not a just the wheat. Look at the contents label on the package and determine what else is in the bread besides wheat. I believe you will find a number of items in the list that are not grain.
