Default Runny nose?

My husband had allergies as a kid and for the past year and 1/2, he had a chronic runny nose and dry cough. Recently, he had mild pneumonia/bronchitis and after 6 weeks he felt better.

Now, again, he has a runny nose. He takes allergy meds but his nose still runs. He doesn't cough much or have trouble breathing.

Anyone know what it could be?

We have hardwood floors and air purifiers in each room. I also have organic allergy solution for the sofa/bed.

Its frustrating for him and I would like to help in any way I can.

Thanks!

Default honey with ginger juice

According to ayurvedic healing system this is the problem due to the imbalance of body doshas. he has the excessive of kapha dosha and has less body immunity. try to have regular practice of taking 2 tablespoon of honey mixed with equal quantity of ginger juice. it may help to relief from common cold and runny nose and also strengthen immunity.

Well, he's had a cold for over a year now. He's been to the doctor for it and they thought it was a sinus infection and he took antibiotics.

Two months later, he had the mild pneumonia/bronchitis. He took meds for that and inhalers.

Nothing seems to work. Just frustrating.

Is he sneaking Cocaine behind your back just joking.

I had a constant runny nose as a child, my mum took me to a natural healer and I was very, very skeptical, he did some tests (I can't remember now) and made a concoction of plant and flower extracts that tasted horrible, BUT 3 days later I was fixed as long as I had a few drops every day.

After a few months I ran out and my nose was better, this year it has started a mild constant run, just makes me sniff too often, maybe I should go see a Chinese herbalist and see if he can help...

Worked for me and I was a complete skeptic so I know it wasn't placebo.

Try removing milk, cheese and cut down on the bread products and see what happens. Replace with nut milks and (green) smoothies.
