A couple a months ago I got what I believe was the swine flu. Since then I am have a continual battle with little colds, which make me tired and lethargic. Last week I thought I finally got rid of it, I was feeling fantastic and energized, full of creative ideas, and them BAM last night I started feeling the symptoms again. This morning I woke up to phlegm in my throat. It's so annoying. I am really trying to add a lot more raw foods to my daily diet to help rectify this and I thought that was what was helping. But do you think when I got this flu, something attacked my immune system. How else can I boost my immune system to get rid of this underlying cold? |

1) rest 2) chicken soup, yes that one 3) drink you raw veggies. It will alkalize you and is easy to digest. The digestive system needs to keep as much rest as possible, so drink instead of eat for 3 days max. 4) coconut, fresh or virgin oil. I cured my flu symptoms with that. 5) breath deeply, it will activate the lymph system, that is connected to your immune system. I'm NOT a doctor, just telling out of experience. Probiotics. I've heard a good product is made by Garden of Life. I use Perfect Food. I've heard a holistic doctor recommend The Vitamin Code. Both of the aforementioned products are made by Garden of Life. Probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach. I hope you feel better, Ellie!
