Default Health concerns with going vegan

I have been a vegetarian for two months, and intend to go vegan for a 30-day trial soon. However, I have been told by some people that the only way to get all the amino acids as a vegetarian is to eat eggs.

Obviously, this is crap, since some vegans can survive for years or decades without eggs or meat, but is it COMPLETE crap, or will I need to consume a supplement of some kind to get them?

It's complete crap. There are plenty of other ways to get all the amino acids without eating eggs or animal products. Great Northern beans, as well as many other types of beans, contain ALL of the amino acids.

Just make sure you are getting a good vegan source of protein, such as beans. If beans do not agree with you, you can also try having Spirulina seaweed. I know, it is not the best tasting thing in the world, but it will satisfy your protein requirements.

Default Making Spirulina Taste Great

Try a glass of almond milk, one banana, cinnamon, tablespoon of spirulina, hemp protein + fiber. Awesome!

Spirulina has the highest-quality protein of any food on earth, and highly digestible.
