Default Raw foods bodybuilding diet?

Anyone have an idea what a raw foodist would eat, in a bodybuilding diet? Just curious.

From what I've read, you'd have to eat huge meals, no snacks in between, try to aim for at least 4,000 calories a day. For instance you might eat 10 apples, a few bananas, a smoothie and some nuts in one sitting. Another thing I once read was to eat late at night right before you go to bed, this will make you gain weight faster. I don't think it's very practical, but maybe there's more information out there?

I guess you know that fats have 9 calories a gram and protein and carbs only 4 calories a gram. So raw food bodybuilders suggest eating olives and avocados.

But it is a confusing issue with fresh olives being toxic and must be cured or cooked. But raw nuts and seeds have a lot of good fat and protein. So you get a lot of nutrition eating a little of this.

But here is an incredible food-- Crunchy Sprouts. They are beans that have been sprouted like cow peas, lentils, chickpeas and aduki beans.

I hear it's lots of nut (almonds), dried fruit, and sprouted oat groats all the way, all day. And, of course, lots of working out.

One possibility would be lots of raw eggs, dairy, sashimi, berries, green smoothies, avocado, coconut, some nuts, and whatever other high quality raw meats one enjoys (one friend LOVES raw marrow from bison).
