From what I've read, you'd have to eat huge meals, no snacks in between, try to aim for at least 4,000 calories a day. For instance you might eat 10 apples, a few bananas, a smoothie and some nuts in one sitting. Another thing I once read was to eat late at night right before you go to bed, this will make you gain weight faster. I don't think it's very practical, but maybe there's more information out there?

I guess you know that fats have 9 calories a gram and protein and carbs only 4 calories a gram. So raw food bodybuilders suggest eating olives and avocados. But it is a confusing issue with fresh olives being toxic and must be cured or cooked. But raw nuts and seeds have a lot of good fat and protein. So you get a lot of nutrition eating a little of this. But here is an incredible food-- Crunchy Sprouts. They are beans that have been sprouted like cow peas, lentils, chickpeas and aduki beans. |
