193 hours into this.. Today is day 9.. Tomorrow is my last day!! I'm still feeling unattached to food, but it seems like my hunger has been getting worse. I almost feel constantly hungry. I'm feeling weaker too. I try to sit most of the time, and when I'm standing my legs feel very weak and I feel like it's harder to breath. Is this normal? I started my period yesterday, and usually it's barely noticeable. But today I've been getting awful cramps, stomach aches, and nausea. Could this be because of the water fasting? I'm getting worried. I'm thinking I might skip 3 days of juice fasting and start eating again, but I'll still take it slow and only eat small amounts.. Any advice? It doesn't seem like anyone is really reading these.. |

Guess I'm the only one talking. Water fasting is very hard on the system, but not usually in a negative way. It cleanses you out much quicker than juice and heals you. Detox is something that occurs during any fast so likely you have nothing to be worried about. Definitely gradually transition, otherwise it may be too harsh and also counteract all the work you just did. |
