Tord Lyseving is 66 years old and has not been sick a single day for 25 years. He claims that he has eaten only fruit since 1984 when a voice in his head told him that he would totally escape all suffering and disease if he ate only fruits. Aged 66 he has the body of someone much younger and although he doesn't exercise he is able to run many kilometers spontaneously. He has not suffered any nutritional deficiencies because as he says fruits provide you with plenty of micronutrients and few calories. His favorite fruits are avocado and oranges. I never have to worry about being sick, being a fruiterian is hard sometimes but the reward is enormous! I am thin and very healthy, he says. Photo and article below. Nuts are usually included in a fruit only diet. I'd like to aim for something like 70% raw fruit(including berries nuts and seeds) and 25% raw vegetables with 5% left for maybe occasionally I'd have cooked food, like beans and potato. |

Wow he looks really healthy; but more importantly he looks really happy.
