Default Probiotics - how to?

Hi,
I'm considering adding probiotics to my diet to stave off colds and maybe help survive h1n1. What are the pros and cons? Just saw a reference to this study - we get a lot of colds all winter - http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/707329.
Thanks in advance,
Joan

Seth Roberts often writes article like this in favor of probiotic food.

Probiotics have much to reccommend them.

Staving off colds or minimizing their effect?
Try zinc.

For in depth argument see: George Eby Research Institute

Probiotics are excellent for strengthening the immune system. I used these long before I was raw. The best ones are non-dairy. Don't know of any cons as long as you're using a good quality formula. Even if not, don't think there is. Make sure to take away from food and hours away from any meds.

If you want to shave off colds go vegan/raw.
