Couldnt find the exact info anywhere so I m asking you. From today I dont drink coffe and pepsi anymore so I am wondering how much sugar does my organism need. The food I eat is:bananas, apples, tomato, cucumber, tuna, smoked chicken, cornflakes and some bread. Does this food have enough sugar needed for my body?

Technically, your body can thrive on no carbohydrates. Why? Because your body, in it's infinite wisdom, creates the sugar it needs from protein and fat. As long as you don't get in it's way. Miracle of magnificence. Jennifer |

Yeah, I'm moving away from coffee too. I am into green tea. I was reading Science Daily and couldn't count the sheer magnitude of studies showing how beneficial green tea is. I think once your taste buds get over that blast of severe coffee flavor, you start to appreciate the subtle flavors of lighter teas. Plus you have better breath. Jennifer |
