Best cure for such adrenal fatigue (aka; fatigue from stress) is to deal with such stress. Adrenaline is not your enemy, stress is. You make it so that stress activates your emergency hormones to give your body energy boosts. However, this starts to stress your muscles, body, and mind after long term. You become paranoid, tired, yet the need to fight or flight remains. Removing adrenaline from your body is really and truly idiotic. If you have to run away from a serial killer/tiger/avalanche/Vogon and you had no adrenaline, your muscles would give in super quick due to the fact oxygen is not getting to the cells fast enough for respiration to occur. Your mind will not be quick enough to act either for the same reason. The only way to relieve 'adrenal fatigue' is remove the object of stress fast and/or getting some R&R. If you really are getting fatigued constantly from stress, it's time for a good vacation or several glasses of perspective. Those 'cures' are merely placebos and don't get the problem out of the way. And also, tin supplements? Ha! Good one: Quote:

Heck, it can't be all that bad—I even know observant Jews who swear it.

| If you say so. I'm not convinced -- eating mashed up hog or cow glands to cure your own glandular operation sounds about as smart to me as wearing a mink coat to the opera to cure your insecurity. Which is to say, not smart at all.

However, I do know that in the case of pig thyroid, they contain both T3 and T4 hormones, and that is why they are supposedly more bio-compatible with our bodies. Meds like Synthroid only have T4.

| I was just noting a difference, not suggesting we run anyone out of town on a rail. Quote:
