I started reading The Gabriel Method earlier this year and started implementing the method into my life. I have to say I have not gone all in, I try to get fresh foods in everyday but there have been times when it falls by the wayside. There has been weightloss, 6 kilos so far but it's the complements that I've been getting that have floored me. I met my boss last year when she interviewed me, we didn't work together until February, which is when I started on the method. Within a couple of weeks of starting she kept telling me how healthy I was looking and told me that I looked younger than when we first met. A guy in a bar (lunchtime definitely not drunk) told me I looked gorgeous. A friend keeps telling me how good my skin looks. Then yesterday I was talking to a Psychic who told me that what I have been doing is making myself younger. I am 44 and had been showing my age, last year someone guessed my age at 42. If only doing part of the method has done this, it's a great incentive for me to keep it up and get into it. I don't think I've ever been happy with how I look but these days I can see great changes, skin looks good, eyes bright even I am pleased with how I look. |

You'd be also surprised at how much the energy we exude from self confidence actually makes our outward appearance be perceived differently by others. Life is truly a large part about perception, and not the substance we are perceiving. Keep staying happy, no matter what!
