The Beyond Diet podcast is excellent. I just listened to another great episode on the topic of longevity. Keith Klein, the main host, is incredibly knowledable when it comes to nutrition, health, muscle-building, etc. He's a nutritionist and former body builder who has guided some of the best body builders, fitness models, athletes, etc. I'm not at all affiliated with it, despite how it may sound because of my gushing.
