Bluefox is on a distinguished road
Default Night owl

Sleeping at night has becoming increasingly impossible for the past few weeks now that I am done with school; my sleep patterns has totaly switched to sleeping at 6 am through the late afternoon to walking around the house at night. My late night cramming during finals may have something to do with it, but it has been two months since then.

I refuse to take sleeping pills because I don't like the thought of being drowsy during an emergency, my body remains restless and over heated, and my mind is a chater box.

What do you guys suggest?

Stay up for extra 1 whole day until you're dead tired, but do not sleep until 10 pm.

Yep, staying up one full night and going to bed early can pretty much act as a reset and that should fix the problem if the problem is you can't get to bed early enough not that you can't get out of bed early enough. I typed up a more elaborate post, but it didn't post properly. I'm sure you can work it out.

Maybe you just like nights, not everyone is a morning person. I usually go to sleep at about 5 am, and sleep until noon or 1pm. I sleep better during the day.
