Although this website is more Raw/Vegan based, I find this page a really useful guide for anyone who wants to make changes to their eating habits in a sustainable way. Get Started You can go as far as you like, and stop when you're comfortable. It also encourages you to experiment with your diet and see what works for you. I know when I first went vegetarian (I'm not any more) I messed up by eating waaaaaaay too many dense carbs like pasta, bread, cake, rice etc. I think this might be a common problem. |

Thanks for sharing such a helpful and useful information. I thinks start a Vegetarian Diet is very easy,Just take all the chicken, fish and real meat from your fridge and give it to your friends. then go to the store and get nuts, veggies and fruits. tofu's cool, but its not easy to cook with right off the bat. |
