Default Co-Motivation

Has anyone tried co-motivation to help them achieve their goals or stick to their plans? I find it so helpful. All you need is a like-minded friend to work with. You don't actually have to exercise, diet or fats together but you agree to touch base with each other weekly and keep each other on track. In fact, you wouldn't even need to have the same goals, you just tell each other what you want to achieve and then you each have someone to answer to with your progress.

I'd love to hear any motivational stories if this has worked for anyone else. Good luck with all your plans!
