Being a guy, it's rather embarrassing to admit this >_< well, my whole body is ok, not perfect, like muscley everywhere haha! but it is all average apart from my thighs! ![]() no, that is not actually a picture of me hahahah! But what kind of diet and excersize would you guys recommend? keeping in mind i dont want to lose weight from my whole body, just thighs >_____< thankies (side note: they arent THAT fat! ^_^) |

I believe you can't lose weight only from one part of your body. For fat loss you should do cardio exercises (driving a bicycle, running) and of course, you should strengthen your muscles as well, in the gym maybe or you can exercise at home.

Would you happen to know of any excersizes speciafically for that obdy area? :P i mean, lifting weights wouldnt strengthen your leg muscles, right? so surely, you can lose weight from one certain part, without losing weight from ohers? >____< |

You can't lose fat in just a certain area. But you can train the muscles in that area to define them more. Try this: Knäböj : Styrketräning, motion & hälsa You can even do it without weights or with a backpack full of some water bottles or books maybe. |
