I bought Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams book, "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" a few years back and really didn't have enough discipline to experience success. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I had a renewed interest in being able to orgasm without ejaculating as well as being able to experience multiple orgsms. Some of the reasons why my interest in achieving this sexual success include:
The Scoop (Warning: A lot of self-pleasure) I decided that I would immerse myself in the multiple, non-ejaculatory experience and follow the instructions given in the prior mentioned book. It requires building up the PC muscles (pubococcygeus muscle) as well as learning how to breath deep and relax. At first I thought that the point of building up the PC muscle was to squeeze as hard as possible during the pleasure process. It took me a while to realize that the most important point of the squeeze is the subsequent un-squeeze (relaxing). I have since learned that there are different types of orgasms including full body orasms, what I call "brain-tingling" orgasms, and prostate orgasms. I am quite sure that my journey down the muli-orgasmic path has simply begun and there will probably be additions to this short list. I wasn't exactly a believer in achieving multi-orgasms, or even non-ejaculatory orasms for that matter, so to be quite frank, I wasn't really expecting much. I followed through with my approach and stayed stubborn throughout the ordeal until I finally experienced a non-ejaculatory orgasm. It was quite subtle, yet scintillating and gave me the desire to procede. When I experienced my first multiple orgasm, I truly understood what it is that I accomplished. For all of my fellow males, I truly urge you to explore your hidden sexual potential. There is work involved and barriers to overcome, but the rewards are truly priceless. -Z- |

Yes, you can find Mantak Chia's books on Scribd.com and download them in PDF format for free. He knows what he's talking about, and I believe he did a great job writing those books together with some of the senior instructors at Tao Garden. Working with sexual energy is not hard but one should always be careful to open up his energetic meridians and clear any blockages along the spinal column and along the front of the body, otherwise the energy can become trapped and cause problems. The same things that help you improve your health, vitality and mental clarity (flexibility, Qigong, breathing exercises) will also help you master the sexual cultivation easier. Sexual cultivation is an essential aspect of human health and longevity and even in attaining spiritual enlightenment. Sexual energy is the most powerful of all human energies. |

One time I orgasmed twice in a row. I kept going after ejaculation and I orgasmed again only a small amount came out the second time. The left overs I suppose. I'll be interested in checking this out.
