*Update*
Some more things I've noticed mentally and physically from doing this "diet" so far:
- My mind seems really still, more focused and less mood swings
- I am getting really good sleep, with increased REM
- I tend to get really hungry at night but I wait till the morning comes with a light breakfast
- I feel like I am going back to the basics and my body is really appreciating it
- I feel like my digestive track is going on vacation and taking a long break of having to sort through a plethora of huge portions of food
- Now that its been about 3 weeks, I think my body is breaking out of the initial hardship, im not as tempted to overeat. When I am satisfied Its alot easier to stop. I see the long term goal.
- And the best thing thus far, I feel like food is just food rather than something I have to have for some other purpose other than fulfilling hunger. Food is no longer a hobby but more of a focused necessity.
