Default 30 Day Challenge - Eating Healthy

Just bought a bag of Lays potato chips and now I'm cravin' up. Just realized that my eating has become way unhealthy. So I'm with healthy alternatives.

- Less potato chips (mine is no cholesterol or trans fat, whoo pee!)
- Less pizza
- No McDonalds or KFC
- Only one bar of chocolate every week
- Only 5-10 french fries per week
- More fruit & veggies
- No dessert (unless it has fruit or veggies)

Day 1:
Breakfast:
Peanut butter sandwich. Got protein and carbs, so yay!
(9/10)

Lunch:
Seafood & rice, egg pie.
(6/10)

Snack:
1 quart of potato chips. Not good! Good thing it's no trans fat or cholesterol
(2/10)

Dinner:
Crab meat & cheese toast.
(4/10)

I'll put my healthy rating: 1-10.

Oh, good one! Look forward to reading your entries. My only suggestion would be to focus more on foods that you DO want to eat. For example, have a green salad with lots of vegetables every lunch or a fruit bowl every breakfast, and then, you can have a little bit of junk food, if you are still craving it.
