your previous post had good points, and this one made it also very clear,
and understandable what you meant by mind/beliefs, and you know I find it
truly amazing that there is such a problem with weight, when there is so
much good information currently, even in this forum, there is enough info
to create some impressibe results, but people focus too much on what they
have to do or not do, and forget what it is they truly want

this is probably what made me turn everything around when I was 24, the
fact that I started focusing on what I wanted my body to look like, and man,
when it formed into a vision, I could not stop, it was amazing, since I started
over 15 years ago, to this day I still eat mostly healthy, natural, unprocessed
food, and exercise regularly, and the funny thing is I do not really like doing
either to be completely honest, but I do it anyway, because it helps me to
accomplish what is primary, and this is my main health goal (ideal weight)

You don't need to toot bells and whistles to get people to buy your product. Yes, market it well and get your link out there. Yes, make your page asthetically pleasing. Yes, give them all the information they need to know about what your product is....then....leave it at that. A good product will sell itself.
You are right, but the fact is he sells very well. David Deangelo has the same style and he sells like hot cakes as well. You have to realise most dieters arent saying anything much more different or unique than others, so then superb marketing becomes king. From a marketing website, its very good.

Alexplatups do youi have strategies to get someone from 10% - 5%?, because the strategies been thrown around in this thread seem to be for people to get to 10% but not beyond. But what about the people that want to look as ripped as the men on the cover of mens health or fitness mags

if you can reach 10% you can reach 5% also, by doing the following:

1) calculate your maintenance calorie intake using LBM
2) consume this calorie amount on a daily basis
3) create your meals using 40-40-20 macronutrient ratios
4) eat five meals per day, about every 3 to 3.5 hours
5) drink plenty of water, and avoid any other beverages
6) eat only natural food products, nothing processed or refined
7) use advanced nutrition strategies, like carbohydrate cycling (zig-zag)
8) do cardio daily, with a high intensity, for 45 minutes
9) use weight training 4 times per week, also with high intensity

low body fat percentage is very hard to maintain, because your body does
not respond well to it, all body builders I know, admit that all they think
about is food, after they go below 10% body fat, and I know many of them
