Okay, I've decided to join other people here and open a thread to hold myself accountable. I usually ride my stationary bike in the evening, so it's not that I have trouble making myself exercise. For a while now I've been trying to switch and do my exercise in the morning, before work, at 6 am, for 45 minutes. I've tried it a few times before and didn't even make it out of bed ![]() I've decided to ride the bike in the morning, as it will not sort of 'split' my day. After I come home from work I have to work on some other things and just when I gain momentum and get into it, I have to stop for the exercise. So, morning would be a much better choice for me. Awesome! I like your enthusiasm and it's a noble goal to aim towards. On the subject of goals, what are yours? Are you trying to loose weight or get fit? Where do you want to be at the end of the 30 days? Good luck! |
