Hi Rafi,

Just an idea, you might consider the added benefit of doing these exercises (especially those of a strength training nature) no more often than every 48 hours. Properly resting the well worked muscles is an important part of their development.

Best wishes.

MightySunTzu,

Thanks a lot for the advice. But i kept the exercise level very minimum due to my hectic routine for classes and assignments.I am giving only 20 reps for each weight exercise.so i am planning to do it regularly.I also have another problem.I cannot continue my routine for very long. For example, i start a certain routine of exercise. After 10-20 days or maximum one month, i just cant do it anymore. For this reason i am planning to do it everyday and keep the records here so that i dont get distracted from my goal. Thanks a lot for your advice.Really appreciate it.
Rafi.

20th June

I have also been able to continue my routine.Though i was very tired after long hours of classes and other chores, i managed to pull through and did my usual reps.

I agree with the above. I also think it is better to do one day UPPERBODY, one day LOWER BODY. Do you know the book Body For Life? Maybe that is something for you. I use a lot from that book, only vegetarian/vegan that is.
It is something for people with not a lot of time. And hey, if the President makes time every day to excercise, why couldn't you??
