Default slow mentally and physicall with no energy...what to do?

Hey Everybody,
I need some advice.. i've been fighting this for about a year and a half and its tired without any reason at all slow mentally and physically brain fog bad memory and no ambition. I used to be able to work all day long and still feel like i could run a mile or three.
I'll explain to you what has changed throughout the years
A couple years ago i would get up at 4:30 in the morning rid my bicycle for 4 miles come back home eat a breakfast and go to work which was irrigation fields and fixing fence at that time.
Now... I get up maybe 6 which is incredibly late for me sometimes not til 7, skip breakfast cause i'm too tired to feel like making it ( and no ambition) go to work feel tired and have major brain fog all day and come home. I've been finding myself taking a couple hour nap when i got home and still sleeping the entire night through. I still drink plenty of water and eat decent but i'm dragging and don't need this any more I feel too lazy. Is there anything that anyone could suggest for me? I kinda know I should eat breakfast but its like pulling my own teeth to get that done for myself. What do ya'll think?
Thanks for your time and effort
Sincerely
Country Gal

You sound ill. Do not play around. Go to an excellent diagnostician right away.

What other symptoms are you having? When you eat what are you eating? Have you gained weight?

Have you had your thyroid checked? I encourage you to consider this right away.

Start keeping a journal about your sleeping, eating, weight and waking temperature. Cut out caffeine and sugar, reduce intake of simple carbs and switch to complex carbs.

Have you been taking large doses of anti-biotics in recent years? Do you have symptoms of candidiasis. Candidiasis can cause brain fog and extreme fatigue. There are a variety of treatments but they all involve cutting out sugars, caffeine and any yeast stimulants along with anti yeast.

Cadidiasis and thyroid disease are both consistent with the symptoms you describe. Google them and read to see if the details sound familiar.

Country Gal, what's your version of "eating decent?"

I suspect a couple of things: You're probably eating too many (simple) carbs, and also have some vitamin-mineral deficiency.

You could most likely pull out of this in a few days - and get into a whole new level of energy - just by making some adjustments in your food diet.

At that point, you could address your Emotional Diet. What are you taking in? What are you giving out?

And your Mental Diet. What are you taking in? What are you giving out?

And your Spiritual Diet. What are you taking in? What are you giving out?

Remember, on all levels: Garbage in, garbage out. Garbage In, Garbage Out - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Have you heard of Candida? Your symptoms seem to point in that direction.

If I were you, I'd go to a good doctor. He/she will probably do blood work to look for nutritional deficiency, anemia, and white blood count. Persistent fatigue can have so many sources. I would not let anyone diagnose me over a message board. Go get checked out.

This may not apply to you, but also be aware depression / dysthmia can also have these symptoms. Do you look forward to going to work or is it an effort to drag yourself in? Do you have any newer sources of stress? Do you feel apathetic more often?

How is your sleep?
