Default raw question - freezing

Hey raw food people --

According to the raw foodists, would normal fridge temps be bad? Is there an ideal temp range for "living" food?

What about freezing?

Thanks!

Fridge temps are fine. All our beautiful food would go bad otherwise. Freezing isn't as ideal as refrigerating, but is fine too especially for long-term storage like nuts.

Freezing does damage some nutrients, but not nearly as many as cooking does. Also, unlike cooking, freezing doesn't introduce new toxins, such as by creating carcinogens.
