black guys tend to like thicker women. Just look at any rap or RnB video as evidence.

She has a high bodyfat %, since she's young it doesn't sag. I also the beginnings of cellulite on her thighs. If you want to look like that you need to workout, and hard. In addition, you'll have to eat a lot as well, a diet high in protein and fat, and lower in carbs (to reduce belly fat). I recommend a 40/40/20 % split (40% of your calories from protein, 40% from fat and 20% from carbs). I'd construct a workout program like this: Monday: Legs + abs Tuesday: Back/Triceps + abs Wednesday: Thursday: Legs + abs Thursday: Chest/Biceps + abs Friday: Legs + Shoulders + abs Do 3 sets of 12 reps x 10 exercises on each day. I'm a personal trainer, and cannot guarantee this program without looking at you and monitoring your progress. I'd try the above for a month, then contact me through my site. On a personal note though...do you really want to look like that? Her legs are huge! |

The poster has gone to the trouble of posting two pics of what she finds appealing and suitable for her body, she has clearly expressed that's what she's aiming for... and your comment is just telling her what she finds attractive is somehow wrong.

Never said it was wrong, just asked her to think twice about it because as I stated earlier her body fat % is high, and she is beginning to show cellulite. Body trends come and go, why should she change herself and put herself at risk? Getting rid of excess muscle and fat is extremely difficult. It's only my duty as a professional to share my opinion. |

Her quadriceps look out of balance with her hamstrings (back of the leg). This has the effect of putting strain on the front-side part of the knee and the tendons that support it. She must spend lots of time lifting really really heavy on the leg extension machine. Muscle is so tough to get rid of, trust me. I biked for years and build up my quads and years later I still got that definition despite crash dieting. I just wish people would accept their bodies for what they are and just work on developing real-world strength and flexibility. This means recognizing that are bodies are functional, and making them efficient through diet and exercise. That, I think, should be the real goal. |

Kasha, thanks so much for the advice. Indiana thank you also. Thanks everyone. I will think twice because suppose I don't even live in Brazil, suppose I come back after a year? I need to reflect on how I want to look and not look at it from the perspective of the society I live in. |

This sounds like making excuses to me. If you want to lose weight you should go ahead. All this stuff about big muscly women is just dampening your desire to take action. My suggestion isn't very sexy but it cuts out all the BS: aim to be as healthy and fit as possible. Healthy and fit = attractive and always will be. It crosses all cultural boundaries. |

I think men like thicker women more than skinny. At least it seems to a big problembe getting that way. I've always heard men talk about how curvier women are hotter and skinny women are sick. Maybe that's just the men I'm around, but they always tell me to put on weight and i'm not that small. I mean I am but I have some problem areas that need some work. My thighs, butt, and lower back are a big problem, but I just want to tone them up, not lose them. I woud just say, do what you want, in the safest, healthiest way possible, because whoever you end up with is going to love you however you are. No matter what the fad is at the time. Good luck hun. |

Join a powerlifting gym for two years and focus on getting your front squat, back squat and conventional deadlift extremely strong. Those movments train about 75% of all muscles in the body. Then do spinning type cardio and eat a ketogenic diet to burn bodyfat while getting a greate tan.

I just want to suggest maybe looking at your body realistically before trying to emulate someone else's body. Maybe that body type is attainable for you, and maybe it's not. Also, perhaps look into why you want that specific body type. What about your life will change once you look like her, and why can't it change right now? I'd also suggest trying to be the healthiest, fittest, bestest YOU versus a "not-her" Good luck. And to really answer your question, I'd say you def need cardio and weight lifting. Lots of heavy lifting lower body work. You may want to change your diet as well, maybe less carbs, def more protein and try to keep it lean. |
