I have. It works very well if it's the first time you do it. Just be sure you maintain the fat loss because it seems not to work as well the second time around. This combo is supposed to work best with a Low Carb Diet. Just to let you in on something that may actually boost your results even more is Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil. I've been taking 4 tablespoons a day spread out through out the day and I can't believe the results in such a short time. I feel it's worth mentioning. Good luck! |

Yep, I'm doing LC. Tell me what does coconut oil do ? I thought it was a bit of a fad. How do you take it? I've been doing CLA/GLA for about 2 weeks now. I know it's way early for any results, but I'm looking at it as a long term thing. But definitely curious about CO |

Why take a suppliment, when you could simply eat more grass fed beef, which has extreemly high levels of cla. Cla has been shown to decrease tumors, and cancer, increase strength, decrease the risk of heart disesase, among other improvements. Supplimentation in overweight people has shown increases in the risk for diabetes(this study was done in pill form), No negatives have been shown when getting the nutrient through diet alone.

I didn't know CO was considered a fad product. I just pour 1 tablespoon of it in green tea, 4 times a day. The oil can be used numerous ways.......mixed in coffee, soups, used as a salad dressing, etc. The key is to take 4 tablespoons a day. Good luck! |
