| Hi St33med, It would help a lot to wake up in a body that exercises regularly and eats nutritiously. If the body was "toxic", it would help a lot to cleanse that body. In lieu of coffee, i believe it would also help to have a nutritious replacement to perhaps become excited about such as smoothies or just whole fruit. I am more eager getting out of bed in the morning knowing that i am just seconds away from a delicious variety of healthy fruit and was able to effectively replace coffee (and the beloved creamer) with this healthy habit. You speak of missing school as though it's some kind of argument against my proposal. Do you care to explain yourself?

it depends on whether you like coffee or just drink it to wake up...i like coffee and i drink the high test...but i still believe it is psychological...you can do half-caf and wean yourself to decaf...the smell and the taste is basically the same...i have had caffeinated coffee before bed and i don't think caffeine necessarily keeps everyone awake. i exercise and have a healthy breakfast...whole grains and fruit...but i still do my coffee.... |
