Haha, I think its quite funny... Vegetarians/Vegans or Meat eaters. Why does it have to be one or the other? It simply that the brain needs fuel, why compare sterotypical diets? One vegetarian to the next will eat differently just as one 'meat eater' will eat differently to the next. I think most people's food choices are lazy, they just eat what they feel like or what happens to be easier (meat included). A lot of vegetarians and vegans are more food conscious (they have to be) making sure they get appropriate proteins, minerals, and vitamins. But don't forget the bigger picture - fueling the brain and body. You have to remember that vegetarians and vegans have restrictive diets, they choose not to eat meat or whatever. Non-vegetarians can eat just the same as vegetarians but they can also include meat. So the only way vegetarian can be better would be if meat was bad, but anything can be bad - you have to eat appropriately and the right amounts. If you are eating too much meat, drinking too much alcohol DON'T. You can also have too much water and oxygen too. Just user your noggin! Eat smart and remember adding good foods to your diet is just as important as not eating too much.
