Seasonal Fruit Salad Ingredients 2 green apples, 2 kiwifruit, 1 small honeydew melon, 1 cup fruit snack - mandarin orange Salad Dressing 1 lemon, 2/3 cup water, 4 tablespoon pure honey, 1/3 cup white wine Directions Combine all the ingredients for salad dressing into a pan. Bring to a boil, them simmer for 15 minutes and remove the dressing from the heat. To prepare the fruit, slice and chop them into small pieces. Strain the cooled syrup into a serving bowl and stir the fruit through to mix. |
